Six-Bed Residential Memory Care
CereVida is a small, residential home specializing in memory care and serving those living with dementia and cognitive impairment. At CereVida every resident is known by name, story, and spirit, and cared for with both clinical excellence and skilled dementia training.

The Meaning Behind
A name chosen with intention. CereVida reflects the heart of who we are and the care we provide.
Cerebrum is the largest part of the brain responsible for memory, thought, emotion, personality and the experiences that make each person unique. It's the part of us that holds a lifetime of stories. While memory may change over time, we believe a person's identity, dignity, and ability to experience joy never disappear.
It represents vitality, purpose, connection, and the belief that every stage of life deserves to be lived with meaning, compassion, and fulfillment.
Together, CereVida means honoring the mind while enriching life.

Our Philosophy
Exceptional care extends far beyond meeting physical needs. We take into consideration each resident's life story, passions, relationships, routines, culture, and personal preferences to create meaningful experiences every day.
By combining specialized care with human connection, we create an environment where residents feel safe, respected, engaged, and truly at home.
Read our storyWhat Sets Us Apart
Just six residents, for intentional and personalized connection and care. The rhythm of a real home, with the calm and individualized attention only this scale allows.
A Registered Nurse on staff and on call 24/7 with memory care, home health, and hospice expertise. Care and oversight led by a Master's Level Gerontologist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Director of Assisted Living, and Certified Professional Gerontologist.
30+ years of combined dementia and memory-care experience by management. All caregivers go through extensive dementia specific training, above the standard hours required.
Every person has a story worth honoring. We learn their habits, history, and preferences that make each resident who they are and we create care that feels familiar and meaningful.
